Robert McConnell Glen Piper 煙斗菸草 - 10g 樣品

The Kentucky and Perique give it a nice little backbone so the sweetness doesn't cloy, and the fruitiness lingers well after the bowl. For a 10g sample, it's plenty to decide this is going in my regular rotation.

The sweet chocolate and fruit notes hit right away, but the Kentucky adds a nice smoky depth that keeps it from being cloying. Burns evenly and stays lit well in my pipe.

The black cavendish really rounds out the sweetness, making it smooth from the first light. I get a nice chocolate note that lingers without being overpowering, and the 10g sample is perfect for testing it out.
