Les Fines Lames - Dyad 雙雪茄菸灰缸 - 紅色

The deep red color pops beautifully against the darker mortar, and the smooth texture makes it feel way more premium than your average ashtray. The double notch design is perfect for when I’ve got a friend over, and each one being unique from the construction process is a nice touch.

The mortar finish gives it a satisfying weight that keeps it stable on the arm of my chair, and the two notches hold both my cigar and my wife's without crowding. Every pour creates a slightly different texture, so ours feels like a one-off piece even though it's a production model.

The red color is even richer in person, and the two cigar rests are perfectly spaced for sharing a smoke. It feels substantial without being too heavy to move around, and the unique finish adds a nice tactile quality.
