For the first time, Davidoff’s Master Blenders have used tobaccos from six different regions in the Dominican Republic:  Martín Garcia, Villa González, Mao, Piloto, Navarrete, and Yamasá. Each area has its own microclimate, from the more humid valleys of Yamasá to the warmer, higher ground in Mao, which brings a wide mix of flavours ranging from sweet and creamy to deeper, spicier notes.

The Davidoff Puro Dominicano is made entirely from Dominican tobacco, with a combined age of around 32 years. It’s a fuller bodied blend, using high quality leaves that add depth and richness to the smoke. Because of the nature of these tobaccos, it takes real skill to get the balance right, resulting in an even burn, smooth draw, and a consistently high quality smoking experience.
