Category: Cuban Cigar

Named after William Shakespeare’s tragic lovers, the origins of Romeo y Julieta as a Habano Cuban cigar date back to 1875.

Following the launch of the short Churchill in 2006, the slightly longer and much stouter Wide Churchill cigar reflects the current fashion for heavy ring gauge vitolas. A balanced and aromatic blend of selected filler and binder leaves from the Vuelta Abajo zone. The Romeo Y Julieta Wide Churchill handmade Cuban cigar is a welcomed alternative if you like your Montecristo flavour profile. A good evening time cigar.

That first inch of ash held perfectly, and the creamy smoke from this Wide Churchill had me slow down and savor every puff. A full hour of rich, even burn with zero need for a relight.

Michael ★★★★★

The draw is perfect right out of the cellophane, and the burn stays razor-sharp for the entire hour. It’s a consistently smooth, medium-bodied smoke that feels like a real treat.

That first light gave me a perfect, even burn and a rich, creamy smoke that I've been craving for weeks. The construction on this Churchill is flawless, holding a long ash and keeping the draw open all the way down. It's a bit on the milder side for a Cuban, but the depth of flavor makes it worth ev
