Gawith Hoggarth Extra S Brown Pigtail Pipe/Chewing Tobacco - 25g Loose

Dark fired Virginia leaf spun into a thin rope known as pigtail this particular version is then treated to the addition of maple syrup for extra sweetness.

Full bodied with a big nicotine content this will appeal to the experienced smoker looking for a full flavour tobacco.

Twist and Rope tobaccos have a double purpose. In the 19th & 20th century smoking was prohibited in the pits so the miners would chew the tobacco to release the nicotine. Nowadays experienced and curious pipe smokers slice it up and mostly smoke it in their pipes.
